CYO RULES DEADLINE

this rule
or that rule. Now is the time to write up that
proposal.
The deadline for submitting your rules change proposal
is
July 31st.
Submit your proposal using the
Rules Change Form.

clinics this season.
Coach Stream Clinic - Saturday, Oct 2nd. - 8-5 pm.
Trainer Re-Certification Clinic - Friday, Oct 1st - 6-10 pm.
(Trainer Certification MUST expire in
2010 to apply)

INTERESTED IN BECOMING A REFEREE
Individuals interested in becoming a referee, should contact the
local
Referee Association.
Clinics specifically designed for New Officials
will be scheduled
for October 2010, based on the needs of the referees association. For

The 'Just Try it
Program' will be trying it again on
Saturday, August 28th at
Seymour-Hannah Sports
Complex beginning at 9:00 AM.
The Program is for
kids of all ages who have
never played the sports
but wanted to try it.

WAY TOO MUCH FUN...
The
CYO hosted the first ever Alliance Tyke Festival
featuring tyke aged teams from all over south
western
Ontario. There was not a winner to this
tourney just
lots of fun being the Easter
Weekend. Just the way it
should be for 5-6 year
olds.

JUST TRY IT PROGRAM - A SUCCESS STORY
Alliance Hockey and the St. Catharines CYO Minor
Hockey Association
hosted a Just Try It Program
for kids who
have never played the sports but
wanted to try it. It was
a complete success with
30 players trying the game and
having a blast
doing it.
