Our Coaches & Coaching Staff
The
Heat Program has the best of volunteers as coaches. Focussing on both
the game and the needs of the players, our coaches prime motive is to
ensue a positive and fun experience for all the Heat players.
Our Program strives to ensure our players learn how to skate and play
the game of hockey, regardless of skills or special needs. Our coaches
spend quality time with all players and obtain a high player to coach
ratio due to the number of volunteers and coaches who are part of and
very committed to our Program.
Our coaches span a range of ages and backgrounds.
From experienced certified coaches within minor hockey, to dedicated
parents, Jr. B players as well as many committed adults & youth in the
community volunteering their time for a good cause.
The success of our Program is because of our
coaches. The rewards for both player and coaches, given the positive
experience the Heat Program provides, are mutual .
